I got this in my inbox this morning from Hungry Girl

Hail Trail!

Okay, we've really outdone ourselves here. If you can get past the unconventional ingredients (what can we say; babies know good snack food!), you’ll find that It's Trail Mix, Baby! is a triumph in low-cal, low-fat snacking. Chock-full of fruits, "nuts", and sweet crunch, this is one trail mix that can be enjoyed guilt-free (we even managed to sneak some chocolate in)! It’s a groovy, go-anywhere snack that’ll fill you up while satisfying your cravings for all things sweet, salty, and fruity-licious! You’ll go (goo-goo) gaga for this stuff!

Ingredients:

2 cups popped 94% fat-free kettle corn popcorn

1 cup Gerber Finger Foods Veggie Puffs; Corn

1 cup Gerber Mini Fruits; Strawberry Banana

2 oz. Genisoy Chocolate Covered Soy Nuts

1/2 cup Fiber One Bran Cereal

Directions:

Combine ingredients and give ‘em a shake. Makes approximately five 1-cup servings.

HG Tip: Customize your trail mix! Try substituting with Strawberry Apple, Banana or Cherry Fruit Puffs, Apple Mini Fruits, and Jolly Time’s 94% Fat Free Healthy Pop Caramel Apple popcorn!

I may have to try it... I have been making a snack mix lately with the same kettle corn mentioned here, but I've been adding pretzels, goldfish, dry roasted peanuts, and chocolate chips to mine

Oh! And if you're interested in joining the Hungry Girl mailing list, we could both win a year of free ice cream - the delicious Edy's slow-churned stuff... MMMMMMM! Here's the scoop: http://www.hungry-girl.com/generalpreview.php?newsletterid=899 Use lisa@clarkesworld.com for my email address. I want my ice cream going to the right place
