Anyone drink Yerba Mate?

I bought a box of "Morning Thunder," which is a blend of roasted yerba mate and black tea - thought it would be good for an occasional caffeine fix. Blech! By "roasted," they apparently mean "smoked." To me, it tastes like smoked meat - not exactly what I was expecting. I think I'll look for a non-roasted variety!
