I've been taking so many shortcuts with dinner, and it hasn't been pretty... Everything is prepackaged and/or frozen lately. I actually made a dinner the other night that involved cutting up vegetables and having two pots of things cooking on the stove. My family was shocked. I guess that says a lot, huh? How long can you keep meals in the freezer before they get unpleasant? Lisa -- Lisa Clarke Have had your daily dose of Polka Dots?
