Post your favorite EASY recipe. I need some ideas for easy/quick dinners that are different than the ones I make every day. The ol' husband is getting sick of them
I'll start.
One of my favorites involves a crock pot, a jar of spaghetti sauce, a pepper, an onion, and a package of pre-cooked italian sausage. [My favorite combination is Ragu Organic Garden Veggie sauce and Emeril's Habanero & Green Chile Sausage.] Heat it for a few hours and serve over spaghetti. I usually have enough leftover for at
least one more dinner and it freezes well.
And another bonus recipe also involves the crock pot. Add a big bag of frozen meatballs, a jar of chile sauce, and a bottle of squeezable jelly. Heat everything for 3 hours or so until the meatballs are defrosted and serve over white rice. I always get about 4 dinners out of this one, freezing the extra three.
