I have the Allrecipes.com "Daily Recipes for Main Dish" feed in my Google Reader, and they're featuring one of my recipes today!

http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Gourmet-Chicken-Sandwich/Detail.aspx

I was surprised to see it had 4.5 stars and 77 reviews. The funny thing is, I only made it once myself. Now I'm in the mood for it again. They actually altered my recipe a bit. They list dijon mustard as an ingredient, but I had actually used Coleman's hot mustard in my recipe.

Did you know you can buy thin sliced chicken breasts now? Cuts out that pesky pounding step. We really like these: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Parmesan-Chicken/Detail.aspx

Cool that your recipe is being featured! I use allrecipes all the time, but have never contributed anything.

It's good to see you, and that picture of your beautiful children as well. What's new?

Thanks for the link. That does look good (and easy!).

I think I probably did buy the thin-sliced chicken breast for those sandwiches. I know Allrecipes made some changes to my submission, and that was one of them. I'm all for eliminating a step of work wherever I can

They are very tasty, and cook really quickly... m

and yeah, easy is top priority! I made a (sort of) Mediterranean spaghetti last night, and spent way too much time cutting up chicken breasts to saute - I have to remove every trace of fat or gristle or anything else that doesn't look just right. http://www.clarkesworld.com/m2km/rolleyes.gif

I think our store sells out of the thin sliced chicken breast as soon as it comes in - I need to stock up when I do find it.
