I bought one a while back, it sat in the box til Wyatt "blessed" the carpet in his room w/ puke one night. I don't know how else I would have gotten that cleaned w/out the steam cleaner!
BTW, I bought mine at Kohl's on sale for about $125 (clearance price, about 1/2 off the original price, I think it was a close out before they came out w/ the new one). I have used it so much, money well spent! Its a Bissell, it doesn't heat the water, you put hot water in. It makes such a difference in the look of all our old carpet!
One warning - the nastiness of the water when you empty it, ewwwww that much dirt was in my carpet!!!
