HOTAM now provides an easy to use Online Setup Guide and FAQ for PEGASUS SYSTEMS.
The Network54 forum-based system will help MEMBER hotels in setting up and maintaining their PEGASUS reservation systems in HOTEL FACTORY.
HOTAM Member Hotels can access the new online system, including live chat assistance, through the Hotels link on the organization's website at:

Select the HOTELS page!
Click on the new "SUPPORT" link located in the lower right section of the display.
Login with your username and password.
A similar Online Setup Guide and FAQ is being developed to help Member Hotels manage their own websites and install their PEGASUS BOOKING ENGINE code.
