You have been saying a lot of things about making changes and how things should be, but you are wasting everyone's time speaking about it on this forum. No changes will result from your sermons. If you are serious and not just a windbag you or your organization should submit a request to the OLA to have the changes made to the constitution and by-laws and it will be dealt with at the AGM. Otherwise stop stirring the pot and leave it to the people who are elected to make the decisions and know how the rules work. OLA teams operate within the existing rules and should not be bad mouthed for doing so.
