The Weight Pull Sports-Sled Sprint is without a doubt one of the most exciting and attention grabbing dog sports the AAPBA offers. Strength, speed and determination plays a big role in this event. Quite simply the dog who can pull a sled equal to their body weight in the fastest time for a distance of 60 feet is the winner. Dogs are divided into 2 classes Rookies and Champions. This electrifying event promotes the speed and vigor of a dog which has won the enthusiasm and attention of strict competitors as well as entry level weight pullers.

AAPBA Sled Sprint Points and Championship
A Best Time trophy will be given for first place in the Rookie Class and Champion Class. Points will be awarded to the first thru third place in the Rookie and Champion classes as stated below.
