It was very good. It is her first novel. This one was a multigenerational story that spans 50 or 60 years. Very engaging and an easy read. But lots of deep meaning when you really think about it. Very subtle, she's a great writer.

I read 'There is Room for You' last summer and really enjoyed it. I thought it was better than Lost Geography. Part of it is set in India which is really interesting.

It has a nice historical aspect but really well written. Let me know what you think!

We have such a great library system here that I haven't bought a book in years, lol. They have an onlne system where you can search every library in the county and when you request it they'll deliver it to any library you want.

Anyway, let me know how this one is!

Piglet was so excited at the idea of being Useful that he forgot to be frightened anymore, and when Rabbit went on to say that Kangas were only Fierce during the winter months, being at other times of an Affectionate Disposition, he could hardly sit still, he was so eager to begin being useful at once. ~~~From Winnie the Pooh
