I keep blowing the fuel pump fuse on my '92 Passat. I've replaced the relay and keep replacing the 15A fuse with higher values (20A - 25A) with no luck. It's 75 degrees outside and I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

it sounds like you got a short somewhere. I had a problem when i got my 88 jetta with the alarm (that was sort of disaled) wires were screwin things up. go to vwjunkyard.com the guys there will definitly be able to help out more. go to the chat section.
