Click "Reload" under the View menu.

You can minimize caching by minimizing the cache; to do this click the "Edit" menu, select "Preferences", "Advanced" and then "Cache"; however, accessing the cache really speeds up browsing, especially during peak times. You can also clear the cache this way.
