IP Address: Reload

Dear Dr. Tracy:
I could not connect to netmeeting today. My computer did not have an IP address to click on for 02/18/05. I followed your advice and reloaded the frame/page unsuccessfully. Should this occur again, what should I do? Thanks for the phone call.
Did anyone else have trouble connecting to netmeeting today?
