If you have graphics, you must upload the image file as well as the HTML file.

This will be easier in Lab 6 where you will learn to use an FTP client, Core FTP.

The basic idea is simple. An HTML file contains only the text with its formatting; all associated graphics, music, video, etc. are in separate files which have to uploaded along with the HTML file that has tags that link to them. It is important that the relationships between your HTML document and multimedia files, on your Web server, be EXACTLY the same as your originals (on the computer where you created them). It is simplest to make sure everything works on your originals and then upload everything exactly as is. See me after break if you still have troubles.
