Use the "Bookmarks" menu to save a URL....

In Netscape Navigator (the browser), click on the "Bookmarks" menu, select "File Bookmark...", and select a folder (from the pop-up window) in which to save the URL - or click the "New Folder..." button to create a new folder in which to store the bookmark.
