Not allowing me to setup my account

I went to personal.frostburg.edu to setup an account. I clicked that I wanted it to be a student page, and I entered in my email address and password. Then I press enter and it goes back to asking me whether i want it to be a student page or organization page. Its like in a loop, and I can't get out of it. Please help me!
