![]() Examby Everyone in the COSC.120We were all there this morning before 8am to take the exam. The class waited until 8:30-8:45 and decided to leave. We left a note with the lady in the office across the hall from room 109 with our signatures. from IP address 71.61.229.31 |
![]() I had the wrong day. (Stupid of me.) Anyway...by TonyMost of the class took the Final and FPE at 9:00. If you missed it, I'll be available, in my office, at your convenience. ![]() lab7by PattyTony, how do I get that source code off my lab7??? I'm working on fixing some things on my labs, so I can upload them all again, and I don't want that on there. from IP address 70.109.90.151 |
![]() You simply have to open the affected page, highlight the code, and press the delete key.by TonyIf you are using composer, you may not see the code when using the "Normal" editing tab (at the bottem left of the Composer window). If so click the "HTML Tags" tab to see if the source code shows up. If not, the last resort would be to click the "<HTML> Source" tag; it is difficult to find text in this display because EVERYTHING is in unformated, plain text. (Best way is to look for capital letters.) Anyway, I looked thru your tour pages and didn't see any of that source code, so maybe you have fixed it on your own. There are, still, many missing picture!!! Get those fixed!! from IP address 71.61.213.220 |
![]() Exam 3by Steve FDid Tony place are exams in the out box? I stopped by after class on Tuesday and they weren't there yet, so I came back today (Wednesday) and they still weren't there. ![]() Exam 3by TammySteve, The Exams were in the Out folder after class, a little later than when I saw you there to pick them up. I went back and got mine. I did not pay attention to whether your exam was there or not, I just took mine and left. from IP address 70.109.70.223 |

![]() Still sickby PattyTony, I just came back from the doctors, I'm not doing well, instead of getting better, I've gotten worse, I now have pleurisy set in my lungs, very painful, I am going to try to get as much done on this lab as I can. I'm on meds, so I'm kind of out of it right now due to the pain, forgive me if I'm late or not all done. I'll try to catch up. Thanks for understanding, Patty from IP address 71.168.44.166 |
![]() Hope you feel betterby Tony.. from IP address 71.61.213.220 |
![]() Lab 10by TammyTony, I have read through Lab 10. I do not feel comfortable with having to create two commercial Web sites. I do not like the idea of giving all of my personal information on the Web; to people all around the world. Is there any way that this Lab can be done without creating two Web sites? Can we just visit two sites and compare them? I appreciate your help, Tammy from IP address 70.16.186.143 |
![]() You don't have to put any personal information on your Web sites.by TonyYou don't seem to have objected to creating you Web site on Goliath - there is no difference in creating a site on a commercial Host. Both allow a Web user to access your pages. Also,I don't understand why you wouldn't want to have a "personal" Web site, but you can put anything on the site that you want. Anyway, publishing a Web site is very different than browsing Web sites, so you must create two Web sites and compare them for the Lab. from IP address 71.61.213.220 |
![]() Fixing errors with Netscape 7.2 and Flash 9byAfter doing some research and reviewing information on Adobe's web site, the easiest solution to the Flash problems is upgrading to the newest version of the program. Since I have upgraded to the newest release, I have not had the same problems that were occurring with version 9 release 28. If you have any more problems, please let me know. from IP address 207.255.194.204 |
![]() Thanks Corey, I'll try your advice.by Tony... from IP address 71.61.213.220 |
![]() When is our final?by RachelI was looking on the Tentative Schedule and it says the final is TBA. I was wondering if there has been anymore consideration put in to when the date will be? I'm trying to schedule a doctor's appointment around that time and need to know which days are not available. from IP address 71.168.49.154 |
![]() The final is in Pullen 109 on Wednesday, May 23, 8:00-10:30.by TonyI think this info should be in your PAWs accounts. Check and let me know. from IP address 131.118.85.15 |
![]() All I want to know...by PattyAll I wanted to know was if I'm doing the lab right, with the next links, if I'm not i will fix them. That's it, I know your gradeing the labs, that wasn't my question. from IP address 131.118.85.202 |
![]() Yes, your "Next" links work properly, but you also need a "Previous" link goingby Tonyopposite direction as well as the other links, given in the Project Specifications, that should be on every page. from IP address 71.61.213.220 |
![]() OKAYby PattyI get it now, the way I read it, I thought it said something about maybe starting a new page, miss read. Did you look at my other pages yet, are they the right way?? from IP address 71.168.44.166 |
![]() I will grade labs, as usual, midweek.by Tony... from IP address 71.61.213.220 |
![]() Yes, 1Cby PattyI'm talking about 1C (which includes 1D,E) do I have my next links ok??? from IP address 71.168.44.166 |
![]() I still do not understand your question...by Tony1C, on the project Specifications, refers to including graphics on the main page of your project, i.e. project.html. There is nothing about starting a new page. from IP address 71.61.213.220 |
![]() Questionsby PattyTony, part C of project specifications, do we start a new page for this one?? Can you check my pages and see if I'm doing everything right for the "Next" parts (B) Thanks, lab7b is uploaded, it was there. from IP address 71.168.44.166 |
![]() There is no "part C" in the project specifications; there is a 1.C, 2.C, and 3.C. Are...by Tonyyou talking about one of those? from IP address 71.61.213.220 |
