Not quite right.

You are wrong sir, at a meeting just after the end of the season Tom Howarth showed a "Poison Pen" type fax he had recieved about me. Also there were Bip Weatherall and the 2 council reps. Jimmy Caine is now of course chairman.
Everyone at the meeting aggreed to have, and signed consent forms for there banks to be asked questions. Me included. On the way home I was thinking about what was said and realised that it was a bit of a trick in that I was the only one who would be checked out. As soon as I got home I phoned Tom and said he could go ahead with the check, but I would not be takeing over.
I would just point out that I still hold my shares in the club, many of which I did not even bother to change into my name, and that unless he has bought some since that Jimmy Caine is in fact breaking company law by voteing because the club documents state to vote on the board you must own shares. Jimmy was a rep of the council who own the ground, not a shareholder, and therefore unable to vote.
