please help me

my 6 week old kittens eyes are stuck shut, nose is plugged up, and is wandering all over and getting itself lost at our farm. i am feeding it kmr and giving it bene-bac every three days. i am wipping its eyes with kitty eye wipes and its nose with warm wet cottonballs. i am wandering what else to do. i do have it in an area that it can not get outside from and that is nice and warm day and night. thanx in advance
