Neither Drs. Edward Brettholz, Eva T. Heuser, or Myles Saunders are on record as saying Dominique just died, so they took her off life support. Not according to my research, or Dominick Dunne's book, "Justice: Crimes, Trials, and Punishments."
Dr. Saunders did testify that Dominique's prognosis at the time of his examination of her was "...nil for functional recovery." But, according to her father, who should know, and has no reason to lie, the family ordered her removed from all life-support equipment after three brain scans showed no signs of life.
