Dear Limited Racer. A Dear friend of mine got killed about 2 weeks ago with a stock flywheel due to it flying apart. So, I guess we had a part in the rule change. 3 flywheels that we know of have flown apart in the past 2 monthes. If you cant afford to spend an extra 300.00 or so to prevent someone else from being killed or severely injured...then maybe you dont need to run in this particular class. Money isnt everything. Sorry, Not trying to be an asshole about this but this kinda chaps me!.
