To start with, try reading your post back to yourself before sending it. The grammar and spelling are so bad that I can barely make out what you're saying. Try a little punctuation between sentences too.
It helps to get your point across if people can understand you.

It is a SAFETY issue. Maybe you think these people weren't really hurt and one killed? Or maybe it's another WKA "conspiracy" set up just so that you would have to spend another 300 bucks. Get real!!
If they hadn't changed something, everyone would be screaming "cover-up" or saying that WKA won't do anything that might make B&S look bad.
This was an issue that affected not only racers, but spectators as well. If you want to endanger yourself, go right ahead. Go buy yourself a used helmet with about a Snell rated of 80 and put a new sticker in it so that it passes tech. You could save yourself about 300 bucks (enough for the new flywheel) right there, and you wouldn't endanger anyone but your own stupid self.
