I was down 1.5lbs in the last month, which is amazing considering how badly I'd been eating. Lots of blizzards and ice cream. I made cards up so that I can track how many servings I eat in each category. (starch, meat, non-starchy veggies, fruit, etc.) I need to come up with a way to track how much I've eaten without writing down every little thing that I eat. I'm going to give this a try and see how it works.
Anyways, my goal for this week is to record (make a slash) for everything that crosses my lips. I know that I can do this.
