Here's how I did:
1) Finish at least one 32-ounce bottle of water
Yes!
2) Get at least 15 minutes of exercise (walking, house cleaning, dancing in the living room with the kids, etc. - any kind of movement)
Yes, in the form of food shopping.
3) Keep a food diary, using WW points as the basis, and try not to go more that 5 points over the suggested daily amount.
Kept the diary, went over by 7 points. Bummer. Having Funny Bones in the house seems to have been my mistake. I ate 3 of them and that's 10 points right there
