Here's how I did:
1) Finish at least one 32-ounce bottle of water
Yes!
2) Get at least 15 minutes of exercise (walking, house cleaning, dancing in the living room with the kids, etc. - any kind of movement)
No, it was a pretty lazy day yesterday... I should have been doing my weekly vacuuming/dusting/sheet-changing, but I spent most of the day in front of the computer instead...
3) Keep a food diary, using WW points as the basis, and try not to go more that 5 points over the suggested daily amount.
Kept the diary, went over by 1 point. That's really a success for me! I think this writing it down every day is really good for me... It keeps me from having too many of those "ate twice my alloted points" kind of days. And believe me, I've had THOSE days a lot...
