I measure 45 1/4 inches, so only 1/4 inch growth this month. I was hoping for more. I know I will need to trim soon and I don't want to go back more than 45 right now.

Routine: Wash 1-2 times weekly. Deep condition with heat cap when time permits Use either Monoi, Jojoba or Shea Butter daily on ends & as pre-shampoo conditioner. I usually use a wide tooth comb but will brush with BBB now & then. Braid before bed and use oil on ends.
