I measured late this time by a week, but I got 1 inch of growth, so my length is 45 1/4 inches.

Nature's Gate Herbal Conditioner w/Jojoba
Rose/Lavender vinegar rinses
Monoi or Virgin de Coco Creme on ends daily
Shea Butter Creamy Souffle or jojoba as pre-wash conditioner. Wash every 2-3 days. Wide tooth plastic & horn combs. Rarely brush with BBB. Braid before bed and oil ends.
