Well I obtained first hand information that since 2007, 37 academics have left our premier technological institution. One of the most senior academic is now in Curtin University of Technology. Many more have been offered jobs in industries with highly paid consultancy fees. I know many of this men and women and from initial impression they look like simple regular people but with wealth of knowledge, experience and training. But above all they have the heart for the nation. They have left for various reasons.

A big loss indeed and a sad state of affairs. I heard some time ago that the university was short of staff and students were not attending classes. That must be the reasond why.
