Developed countries need to allow unskilled labour from PNG. However, this skill labourers will definitly need to go through a mental test!! We don't need our already tanished reputation to be permanently destroyed!etc...rapist, conman, etc...

Right...we dont need any more rapists. But what do you mean by mental test? Like a character check or something? Its possible for anyone to be a rapist....but we'd like to think our countrymen are good ambassadors, once they leave our shores.
