Can someone teach me about machine learning? I am having problems trying to write a program to do least squares....HELP PLEASE!!!

writing programs ?? programming machines ?? you need the right tool to work with and to develop it .

Can anyone help me find a quicker way to send Data (Images, tiff, pdf, etc) safely over PABX lines, so the Quality remains the same and does not lose its original properties?

You mean to say the data your sending over the pabx lines do not get
to its destination as the original????

How you sending the data? Protocol to bind etc...?? or is it an entire package with all the bindings needed to do the job.....???
