broadband in PNG versities

Firstly, if you are an insider, I would imagine you to have inside knowledge of which university may have broadband. But as far as I know, none has broadband. However, reading the Post Courier Drum item, it may have aluded to DWU. It is just speculations. But I do know that the University of Technology trailed run a satellite link. It ran for 5 months and was a big Flop. It was then headed by Senior Technical Instructor Mr. Noel Mobiha.
