| How did it happen???
He took a semester off, didn't apply for leave and re-did his 1 semester to pass. Thats the rumors. When there was a strike, he would sneak back in. Hence, now he is Dr. Baloiloi.
Congratulations are in order.

He was obsessed with getting his PhD that he sacrificed the wellbeing of fellow students here.

IN FACT, HE SACRIFICED HIS WELLBEING IN THE EARLY NINETIES FOR THE WELLBEING OF STUDENTS AND TURNED DOWN HIS SCHOLARSHIP FOR A DOCTORAL DEGREE AFTER BEING PESUADED BY THEN CHANCELLOR.
