Finance department was accused of over K0.5b payout between 2000 and 2006. PM suspended the inquiry reason being two investigators were found to be doing fraudulent financial dealings while investigating. Its quite daunting that enforces, like the police and the investigators, are criminals. If this elections are a disaster, PNG needs a change in political system.
