This is a very elementary knowledge but quiet important.

My version.

1. You will continue to move in a straight line unless you change your mind or somebody/something disturbs you!

2. Mahn!!..if golf ball gat same acceleration olsem bullet! golf will be a dangerous sports!(i.e golf ball bai kam wantaim moa force) F=ma

3. You paitim wall na how hand blo you pen huh, you tok? lol...e mas wall paitim you too ya! For every action there is an opposite and equal reaction.

This has nothing to do with what you guys are talking about...I am a pre-engineering student and I don't know what classes to take...my advisor is pissing me off...hatim bel ya...he thinks I should take biology next semester. I was gonna take calc, physics, and chem, but he says I should take biology. I don't know what to do... I wanna know what classes are required for engineering courses...can anybody out there help me...Thanks

Firstly, you have to decide which engineering field you want to stream into. If we know about you aspiration, we might be able to give you better guidance. However,

1. BioMed Engineering - Physics, Biology, chemistry
2. Mech Engineering - physics, chem, biology
3. Civil Engineering - physics, biology
4. Electrical - physics, chem, biology

Thank you very much for your respond. I really appreciate it. I am planning to take aircraft engineering or maybe avionics...I'm am taking pre-engineering classes to transfer to a four year college...Do I really have to take biology? thank yu true...

well from my point of view...if you had to decide between biology and chemisty, it would be better to take biology.

there is a subject call biomechanics - it involves studying flight in the animal kingdom to develope aerodynamic efficient shapes and inteligent communication systems...eg,the tail fins from dolphins where used to verify the efficiency on drag on present aircrafts.

Yes indeed,
there is quite a lot of research going on, as to how insects fly.

It seems that flapping wings appear to be the way to go, for micro-survellience devices. To make a weak pun, we will have electronic bugs. A most certain convergence, of aerodynamics and biology.

Do androids count electronic sheep?......Ralph.

Bro, Biology incorporates more complex & finer engineering than human technology. Biology was the first subject of engineering. We learnt from biology & we tried to copy but we are not there yet.

Read, this book: http://www.iblist.com/book995.htm

about an experience aviator tells of how superior & finer the aerodynamics in birds (seaguls) are compared to an aeroplane in a wonderful way.

Another, thing all machines have a biological component. We are not in a world of machines only yet.

Now, your Prof. was not teasing you, biology should be the first subject you choose.
