I was raised in church, and always considered myself to have solid faith.
Our event rocked all of that. It took a full 2 1/2 years for me to start to come back to Him.
He was there, and even speaks clearly now when I take time to listen.
The anger is real, you can taste it. Christ himself got full of anger when he observed sin in the New Testament. Some of our anger is righteous...I believe this eveil angers God himself.
At the end of the day, it takes time. You can not heal on your own. We have not been 100% faithful in our church attendance. But, when we go, it always help in a big way.
God is here. He allows free will. For the time being Satan can roam around the earth.
his days are numbered. We win in the end, and our little ones will benefit from watching our faith in this horrible time.
This may sound empty, but it is real. Hang in there, it does get better. God gives kids amazing strength, and I believe His grce can even cloud their little memories.
Remember - WE WIN IN THE END.
