This is a summary of an article from the Clipper Oddysey travelling ship which made stops in Milne Bay, ENB, New Ireland, Manus and Sepik in 2005.

Our exploration of Papua New Guinea was nothing short of remarkable. Each day was a different adventure, each village was unique, and each tribal dance had been special in its own right. The people of New Guinea are by far the friendliest and most giving of any in the world and yet they have so little when compared to our excesses.

Turu turu, painim narapla samting. We have everything we need. The only thing we need right now is a true leader who can turn this country around and steer it in the right direction.
