Papaya can be eaten fresh, or enjoyed as fresh squeezed juice (or in smoothies such as papaya milk smoothies), dried papaya, or used as a good vegetable in soups. Methods: Ask greengrocer for the greenest papaya he can find. After cleansing, cut the papaya in half, then remove the black pearl seeds and cut off the outer skin, then cut the fruit's flesh into equal cubes, and eat fresh or add milk and blend into fresh papaya milk smoothies (that's out of this world extraordinary), or take the green papaya and clean it, then add either fish or pork spareribs and boil in a soup to create a superb dish. All the ways of papaya are excellent.
Here is renowned fish soup in which green papaya cooks with white sea Bass. 1) a whole fresh white sea Bass, clean and slice into 1" pieces. 2) green papaya, peel skin and remove the seeds, cut in pieces (if it's big use 1/4, smaller then 1/2). 3) boil water (enough to cover fish) adding fish and green papaya, some ginger, some rice wine. 4) don't over cook: 20-30 min or so. (Green papaya also cooks well with the pork spare-rib).

I usually cook the green papaya with pork spareribs.
Here is the receipe:
1. Put 1 lb of pork spareribs in pot, add 2/3 water of the pot, boil it then turn to simmer for 1-2 hr until you see the color of soup looks like milk.
2. you can add some ginger roots and rice wine to the soup.
3. Once the soup's done, that's the time you add slice green papaya in, cook for another 30 min or so. (If you like the green papaya softer then you can cook lil longer!)

Papaya Milk Recipe
December 26 2006, 9:22 AM
Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 cups papaya
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
Clean out the seeds and de-skin the papaya. Add to a blender with the milk, sugar and ice, and blend at medium to high speed for one or two minutes. Serve immediately.
So you can eat it raw? I read somewhere online where it stated that it was bad for you to eat it raw. So, green papaya is just a regular papaya that isn't ripe yet?
So, the regular orange and yellow papaya are good for boobie growth? I love papaya. I have never had green papaya before. So, please let me know if the regular papaya will work the same as the green one...
I guess so. (ripe)Papaya milk is very popular in TW, I have never tried, but lots of people say it helps boobie growth.
One other thing, consume too much papaya may cause your skin turns yellowish, but I don't know how much is too much.

my mom always told me that drinking papaya would be good for boobie growth (we are from taiwan although i was born in america)...
do you think it would be too late to start drinking papaya milk at 22? =P
It's worth a try, but better pair the drinks with massage for better result.
I was 38 when I tried NBE (food+massage method), you are only 22, and according to Wahuika(spell?)'s "timing" thread, it's a great time to start now, you may see result pretty soon.

fengshui,
which massage technique did you follow? can you please tell me? thanks in advance!
The reason I asked, because the hawaiian papaya has a green skin. So, the regular yellow/orange skinned papaya is what you mean when you talk about "green papaya?" What store in the U.S. carries this? Like Ralphs, Stater Bros, Albertsons, fresh and easy? I am just still confused how to know if it's a green papaya...what are the clues? Thanks!
Oh and papaya milk is good for breast growth? Cause there is a place near a friend's house that carries papaya milk drinks. Is this the same think when they talk about papaya milk on here?

What is TW? Or does anyone else know what that is?
