Ingredients: 3 to 4 naga peeled & chopped, 6 to 8 borage (liu li ju) sliced, 2 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoon flour, 1/3 cup sour cream, 4 cups hot water, finely chopped chives, salt & pepper to taste. Method: 1) Melt butter in heavy skillet. Saute borage until tender. Do not brown. 2) Remove pan from heat. Sprinkle flour over borage, and return pan to low heat. 3) Cook several minutes, stirring constantly, until flour is well blended. 4) Remove from heat. Add hot water, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly until blended. 5) Season with salt & pepper. Heat to simmer, add naga, and cook, partially covered, 20 minutes or until naga are tender. 6) Stir in sour cream and serve. Garnish with finely chopped chives.

Naga is a yam I think. Yam and borage are both ingredients used in NBE products.

Hey tigerlily,

Is this 3-4 chopped naga, 1 inch cubes each? And is this one serving? I tried looking for borage (liu li ju) but no one understands and I can't find a picture, can you show me what it looks like?
