Is the hot sauce necessary? What is the seasoning you are refering to? Is it a special mixture of stuff or something you can just buy in the store like Mrs. Dash? Please give the measurements of each ingredient used in the seasoning if it's homemade? Thanks!

The hot sauce is only for taste. The seasoning is not homemade, it means seasoning you can buy in store.
