Okay, I just eat chicken feet everyday (make it as broth), because it's most effective in my own experience. I always eat them after my massage, because one massagist said that always eat some boobie helpful foods after massages. You can just drink soy bean milk or eggs.
**gelatin-rich and high protein foods r very helpful, u may try to use them in pill form if foods r not available. but i prefer foods, haven't tried the pills yet, but i think gelatin/collagen caps will help, too. :)

hey can you explain why the fruits, especially tomatoes and oranges are bad for breast growth?
Tomato and orange is not good because is yin food like beer and ice cream.
About the seafood, I must say I thought so too. We must check out seafood to know which way or other. We can make more information about seafood later.
Yin or yang explains whether a food is a warming or a cooling type (nothing to do with whether hot or cold). Many body situations can be treated with food therapy, so is important to know about, if measles eat yin, if sore throat eat yin, if fatigue eat yang, if anemia eat yang. In this way yang food not good if you're irritable, yin food not good if you're want booby growth. Correct diet can make the difference.

I'm wondering what your experience has been with chinese date(jujube). You say it is boobie unfriendly, yet in another post you list a recipe for chinese date(jujube) tea.
Please let me know if you drink this tea to enlarge your breasts or if I should stay away from it.
I just bought 2 packages of the chinese dates(actually, the ones I bought were made in Korea).
If I can eat it, what are some other recipes I can use it for?

hi, Jaz, i got all boobie food info from Taiwan's web-site, the fresh one is cold type, but the dry ones are wildly used in chinese herb tonic and very good for women, i had been on breaks since feb, i have been drinking donquai red dates tea after period everyday (dongquai should be avoid during periods), the feet soup and massage every now and then, my boobies are slightly bigger and fuller, but i also gained few lbs. Dry dates are good for "chi and blood" for women, there are many recipes in food and drink page you can use, but if you are easy to have acne, take out the seeds of red dates before use.
question, why is beer bad?, cause I read somewhere that since it has hops which also helps in breast enlargement its good to drink some once in a while.

This video is in Chinese, but anyone who makes cookies should be able to "understand" how to make this boobie cookies.
There are 3 ingredients, mix with milk:
soy powder 50g
peanut powder 50g
finely chopped dried red ??????????????DATES/JUBE????????????????????? 50g (take out seeds)
If you have fresh jujubes(dates) you can sun-dry them and make booobie cookies or cook them in your boobie soups. (it should be cheaper just buy packed dried red dates, should be available in all asain markets)--looks something like this.

There are girls tried it in TW NBE forum, says it tastes even better adding in black sesame powder.

Yes, soy and seafoods are both "cold" type, that's why I call it "boobie (helpful) foods list", not "yin yang foods lists"
Check these threads if interested.
I am not telling you what to eat or not to eat, you should listen to your body, see how your body responds to foods if you want to be on food and massage only for NBE. Of course you can use yin yang lists as you wish.
I have a theory - I think its because Seafood is needed for growth in the human body!! :) Same as Nuts.

your boobs need as much nutrition as possible so a whole lot of vegetables is good for it n alot of web sites say seafood is a no no besides prawn they are recomended?? n citris fruits such as oranges are good for them beacause they contain vitamin c in them and that is included in with the intake of vitamins to help with healthy developent along with vitamin A,E and C, you dont know what your talking about and iv done alot of research and its food such as:

.apples & berries
.caRROTS

.CITRUS FRUITS
.multigrain brean (they contain soy beans and other nutrious grains)

And good fats because your boobs r just fat and muscule,so u need good fat so your body takes enough in that it needs without gaining weight foods such as:

When you say lettuce, do you mean a special kind, or just regular iceberg? I never bothered eating iceberg lettuce all these years, because I'd always heard it was useless nutritionally. Does it help?
I think it's just regular iceberg, I heard it was useless nutritionally, too. But that's what I got from TW's website.
I always eat it with some onions to balance the "coldness" of lettece with sprinkle of sunflower seeds, super yummy and boobie helpful. :)
I don't think your response has to be that rude, I was merely sharing what I learned from TW's website and it has worked for me.
Plus, the only conflict seems to be citris fruits only, and I said again and again DO not get paranoid!!
And you do benefit more from tomato when it's cooked. (shouldn't you gat that from your research?)
If you have never heard of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine)--the theory is based on--maybe you didn't do enough research.
You can choose not to believe it, nobody force it on you, does it?
By the way, for whoever is trying this method, you can try to eat your no no fruits in the afternoon when the "yang chi" is more strong.
