What happened to "www.kosbab.org."?

Hello everybody,

surfing the web, I discovered that the website "www.kosbab.org." has vanished resp. is said to be under construction.

Whoever is responsible for that site (webmaster etc.), please let me know if the site really is going to be re-established and when this is going to happen.
