Hello, I have some information on my family, great grandfather was Edward H. Kosbab from (grandma said) Pommerson. I am now wondering if it was Pommeron, Prussia. My Aunt said they were Polish and gram very firmly says, we are German. How do I find them. He was born in 1867, came to america about 1880. He was married to Augusta C.Galinski. She must of been Polish, which fits the polish land and german people. I also would like to be in touch with someone who can help me locate a site of research. Some day I am going to Germany to search more. My other great grandfather was a Sahr and came over about the same time on the shipPrinz Albert May 31, 1873. So much History.
