If you freeze them

You don't make a big mess. Heck, you could even put them into your freezer to show to your friends later ......... or for eating, if you happen to run short on grocery money one week ....

Freezit, by the way, is also useful for removing chewing gum from carpets. As you may have experienced, it's nearly impossible to take chewing gum out of carpets with anything; it's gooey, sticky crap that just won't let go.

If you freeze it, you can break it up with a hammer and vacuum it out.
