I know you are asking Jackie all of those questions. But my answer on all is it depends on any given situation as to whether it is compassionate to go one way or the other.
Meaning, maybe and maybe not.
Sometimes he walked away from some depending on the situation, once he had said what he felt led to.
And sometimes he didn't. But they walked away from him instead.
Really just depends on the situation as to what one should or should not do in any given situation entirely.
