I've heard personal reports on this stuff -very positive.
The theory behind the weight loss effect is that if one's body is GETTING enough nutrients, the craving for food stops.
That makes sense to me. Fat people getting skinny and then thinking of food all the time ... is NOT a real solution. The craving needs to go away.
