this is a very good site. i personally dont find braids help me grow my hair very well. you need to be good about putting them in and taking them out if you want this method to work for you. when i take out my braids i use a detangler conditioner like Biolage Detangling Solution mixed with water and i apply it to each braid with a spray bottle.i spent a year with my hair in twists. every two weaks i would wash and reset them. i noticed some growth but once i started braids again i noticed that my hair was falling out. i dont know what happened but i probably will try twists again. if anyone has any special techniques they use to remove or apply extentions please share. extentions for a protective style may work for some women but i guess its not for me.
