I am making low fat sour cream right now. I sneaked a taste this morning and it is DELICIOUS! I hate low fat sour cream from the store because it has no taste.

I can get rennet from the health food store down the street, but it does 50 litres of milk at a time. I wasn't thinking of going into quite THAT high of production... :-|

I've always wanted to make my own cheese. I've done the kind without rennet and it is okay, but I've never made anything like mozzarella.
