How is everyone doing? I am still exercising almost every day. I miss maybe one day a week at most. I am still doing the Gilad and Jari Love combo. It seems to be a good fit for me (thanks Pam for the nod to Jari!)
My latest endeavor is to switch from Coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 to green tea with some sugar and NO 1/2 and 1/2....The switch is complete and I am no worse for wear from it. My days of total exhaustion are gone for the most part and I am just mildly sleepy in the am. Green tea is so good for you and I figured I could have a cup in the am instead of the coffee.
I am pretty sure I have lost a pound from the change. I say "pretty sure" because this is when I lose a bit of fluid (time of the month thing) and I have lost more than usual.
How is everyone else doing? How is the eating? Are you guys surviving the heat? I haven't been able to swim a lot yet due to a lot of rain but I am hopeful that will get better....................
