I have a big walk-in pantry that is to die for! Unfortunately, I've recently noticed that I don't have as much food as I thought I did, and that a lot of non-food items were taking up a lot of the space. I've had to move things around a lot in there while DH installed the Pergo floor, and now I'm putting it back--and cleaning up as I go. Wow! I've also found some things that need to be eaten now, as well as some stuff that should have been eaten THEN, LOL.
I highly recommend cleaning your pantry shelves. It seems to me that keeping track of inventory is one of the biggies of the frugal lifestyle--plus, you might find some food that really needs to be eaten, or--if things are tight right now--could be eaten. Plus, you're probably going to find something you've misplaced.
(I loved the difference between broke and poor...ain't it the truth?? This will help you if you are either).
