I'm hoping to get my house clean by then!

I feel embarrassed that I can't keep my house clean (maybe I should stay off the internet, ha ha). But seeing there is only 7 weeks to Christmas that must mean only 3 weeks to thanksgiving and I've got to get my house in shape since my siblings come here on thanksgiving for dessert!

Besides my house issues, I have no gift ideas for my kids. But I love the 3 gift idea and highly recommend that is the limit.

I'm lucky that we usually buy gift cards for dh's family and don't exchange with my adult siblings. Have to ask mom what useful gift she would like this year and all siblings go in on that.

I did purchase my Christmas Cards from a charity so while that costs more, it does help the charity. And I went to post office and purchased holiday stamps. Since my dd is a girl scout I did purchase teacher/bus driver gifts from the girl scout candy/nut sale - again helps girl scouts as well as having those gifts purchased. The GS fruit slices are very tasty and hopefully ok for people with food allergies.

So thanks for the reminder that we've got 7 weeks!
